Steve Hand

Dr. Steve Hand is in the School of Creative Technologies(CT) at the University of Portsmouth. Originally a research biologist, he moved into IT and specialised in the applications of Expert Systems and Object Oriented techniques. He was made Head of School of Information Systems in 1997 and Head of Computing & Maths in 2002 before becoming Head of CT in 2002. He teaches graphics, animation and programming. Currently He is Coordinator of the Heads Forum at the University of Portsmouth.
